Our work caps from RealTruck A.R.E. feature rugged welded frame construction and provide weather-sealed doors with gas props, heavy-duty hinges, and locks to secure contents.
Choose from Deluxe Commercial Units (DCU®) with .035” aluminum skin, DCU MAX ™ with .063” aluminum skin or the Diamond Edition DCU ™ with .063 diamond plate aluminum skin.

These caps have full length side doors with folding T-handles and include:
A .050” thick T6 aluminum tubing framework with tig welded joints to provide strength and support with minimal weight.
Roller rods that enable one-hand operation as the technology self-adjusts, providing easy access and improved seal.
